Dining Close to Campus
Starting with the University of Michigan campus, there are two main areas in which students and faculty alike can enjoy delicious food. First is South University (AKA South U). Dining Downtown

There are a few areas in Downtown which are famous for delicious dinners, such as Main St, Liberty St, and Kerrytown. Main St is packed with restaurants of all different kinds, like seafood, sushi, artisan, bar food and more. In the heart of Ann Arbor, this is the place to get the best of the best restaurants the city has to offer. Additionally, Liberty St, which intersects Main St, is home to a wide array of restaurants which can be seen filled with people past 6pm every night of the week. Be sure to call ahead, because these places fill up quickly. Finally, Kerrytown is a unique experience due to its wide range of options, which include home grown, vegan, locally sourced, and more.
