Rackham Auditorium and Burton Tower

If you’re in Ann Arbor today, then there’s a pretty big chance you’ll run into the last day of the 54th Annual Ann Arbor Street Art Fair.  Whether you come in from some other state for your annual Art Fair trip or you happen to stumble across the many vendors while walking across campus, make sure to take advantage of some of the coolest features of the Art Fair!

Not only can you buy art pieces to take home but there are also performers to keep the Art Fair audiences entertained while they shop.  One of the main attractions is the Fountain Stage, located in the Ingalls mall next to the fountain, which will provide a constant stream of artists during the Art Fair!

Saturday showcases talent from all different genres, meaning that there will be something there for everyone.  There will be different dance performances throughout the day including acts showcasing Congo dance, Polynesian style dancing, and more.  The closing act, Arts in Motion, blends together tap, hip-hop, jazz, ballet, and modern for a show that will be truly unique!

The stage also provides an area for musicians to provide entertainment to the public.  Brian Rizza, an Indie/Acoustic performer, will take the stage from 1pm-2pm on Saturday and the EMU Jazz Combo will perform from 3pm-4pm.  There is something to keep everyone happy at the Fountain Stage!

Happy Art Fair and Go Blue!
