The Trotter Multicultural Center (TMC), named in honor of William Monroe Trotter (1872-1934) opened for operation on November 15, 1971 through activism of students. TMC is currently located on Central campus on State St and the new location opened in April 2019. This session will focus on the history of Trotter Multicultural Center, its programs and services we offer to the diverse University of Michigan community. This session will be relevant for incoming first-year and transfer students.
